Dean Jesuvant
Founder
Dean’s passion lies in people and enabling people to grow and develop in their careers. Over two decades ago, Dean’s journey in the recruitment industry commenced, dedicating 7 impactful years to the UK market, followed by another transformative 7 years in Sydney, Australia. Since 2017, Dean has gained rewarding experiences across various locations in North America.
During Dean’s 20-year tenure at a global recruiting firm, he held influential roles as a Senior Vice President and Board member. He led and scaled successful teams, including Recruitment Consultants, Management, and Senior Leadership teams.
Dean’s experience includes partnering with organizations across the globe, recruiting for various job functions at all levels, as well as providing insight and consulting services. Additionally, he has expertise in retained and executive searches.
In January 2024, Dean fulfilled a long-term ambition by launching Zeal People Group (ZPG).
Outside of work, Dean enjoys staying active and engaging in outdoor activities. His main interest is spending as much time as he can with his wife – Elly, his daughter – Skye, and his dog – Ninja.
